Who we are

TERRALUZ is the duo of Ema Lucas and Andrés Hühner Paulsen, based in Tilburg, the Netherlands. Questions about your data? Email terraluz.music@gmail.com.

What we record

When you fill in the booking form we receive your name, email address and message, plus the occasion, date and location as far as you provide them.

Our server also records your IP address, your email address and the time of each submission in a log file. That is there to limit abuse and spam, and to let us confirm that an enquiry actually went out.

Our legal basis

We use your details only to answer your enquiry. The basis for that is taking steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement. For logging IP addresses we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.

Where it goes

The website runs on a Hetzner server in Helsinki, Finland — inside the EU.

Your enquiry is delivered by email to a Gmail address and passes through Google's mail servers on the way. This site's outgoing mail relays through a private Gmail account; the reply address is set to your own, so we can write back to you directly.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

The log file containing IP addresses is deleted automatically after 90 days.

Emails about a booking are kept as long as the enquiry and the related administration require. If you would like a message deleted sooner, just email us.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. The videos and the audio excerpt are served from our own server.

The two YouTube videos load only after you click them, and then through youtube-nocookie.com. Until that moment no request reaches Google at all.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. One email to terraluz.music@gmail.com is enough.

If we cannot resolve it together, you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
